What is Honey?
Honey is the product from the bee’s collection and natural processing of flower nectar. The composition of honey varies depending on the source of the nectar, but all varieties are nutrient rich.
Honey is bacteria-resistant and may be used topically and internally for healing purposes. Traditionally, Honey has been used to soothe sore throats, calm stomach pains, treat cold and flu symptoms and to dress open wounds.
Non-pasteurized honey contains many natural enzymes, minerals and vitamins which are important to maintain a healthy body. Honey provides nutritious sweetening which may be substituted for sugar in coffee, tea and many recipes. Because honey is twice a sweet compared to sugar, only half the amount is needed when substituting, therefore it reduces the caloric intake.

Honey Blends…..
Honey is complementary to all products of the hive. When honey is mixed together with Royal Jelly and Propolis, the honey helps to maintain their potency. These products add great value to the honey, but are not considered a replacement dosage.
What is Beeswax?
Honeybees have long been regarded as models of industry and purity. Pure Beeswax is a natural product that is secreted from the wax glands of honeybees as they go about their business of producing and storing honey in the hive. Beeswax holds a delightful floral scent that is pleasing to all. All Beeswax has a high melting point and holds great value as a long burning candle wax. 100% pure Beeswax candles have a clean hot and bright flame that helps to remove toxins and impurities from the air. When lit, they do not drip and are a tonic for relaxing. back to top
Beeswax in Skin Cream…..
Beeswax is a superior natural substance with beneficial effects in skincare and cosmetic products. It helps to penetrate, soothe and protect rough, dry and irritated skin, while leaving the area feeling smooth and soft.
What is Propolis?
For thousands of years propolis has been touted as an antibacterial, antiviral and cell generation stimulant. Propolis is a potent natural mixture of various amounts of leaf bud and tree resins, combined with beeswax and enzymes collected and produced by the honeybees.
Of all 14 minerals the human body requires for normal function, propolis contains all but one - sulfur.
The compounds contained in propolis create a perfectly balanced food substance --16 amino acids have been identified and it has even more bioflavonoid than found in oranges.
Also contains natural acids and their derivatives as well as terpenoids, which contribute to the antibiotic, antifungal and antiviral effects. back to top
It is uniquely rich in the caffeic acid phenethyl ester, which in animal studies has inhibited cancer growth and reduced inflammation as effectively as drugs. This super anti-inflammatory improves the absorption of vitamin C and helps to retard bacterial and viral infections.
It acts as a local anaesthetic, reduces spasms and helps in the healing of gastric ulcers, while showing improvement on pulmonary functions and strengthening capillaries.
It is a choice ingredient in wound salves. Along with being anti-inflammatory and detoxifying, propolis stimulates new tissue and new cell growth. It promotes swift replenishing of the skin, thus aiding in the quick and aesthetic healing of abrasions and acne, and can be used as a natural alternative for iodine. This is important in promoting the quick healing of wounds and diminishing the occurrence of scars
Propolis has also shown positive effects in those with arthritic conditions, stiff joints and in the regeneration of bone tissue.
Antiseptic properties make propolis an ideal nutritional supplement for the throat, mouth and gums.
“The bees have relied on it for 46 million years,” says Dr. Kupsinel, a Florida physician. “The bees must be doing something right because beehives contain less bacteria and are far more sterile than hospitals.” says Dr. Kupsinel.
An average healthy adult can take daily oral doses or propolis to boost the immune system and increase resistance. When prescription antibiotics must be used, propolis works synergistically to boost the effectiveness of the prescription, while strengthening the body and drastically reducing recovery times. Propolis has seen positive results at times when prescribed medication was of no avail. It boosts the immune system, and, at the same time, scavenges and fights invaders, something prescription antibiotics cannot do. Propolis itself is intensified when taken with Royal Jelly, bee pollen and honey.
Propolis is known to be a safe, natural supplement, producing no negative side effects, and, when taken regularly, can actually create a positive reaction to almost any disease. In today’s world where antibiotics are routinely over-prescribed, propolis may be your very best natural defense against illness and chronic disease. back to top
Bee Pollen
Nature’s Most Nutritious Superfood
Effectual Composition of Bee Pollen
Bee Pollen is considered a superfood because it contains all the nutrients needed for life. It possesses over 180 known nutritional ingredients including at least 22 amino acids, 18 vitamins, 25 minerals, 59 trace elements, 11 enzymes or co-enzymes, 14 fatty acids, 11 carbohydrates and approximately 25% protein. Bee pollen is extremely rich in carotenes, which are metabolic precursors of vitamin A. It is also high in B complex and vitamins C, D, E and lecithin.
Protein - the Building Blocks of life. Since the inborn instinct of the honeybee is to collect only the highest quality, most nutritious pollens, the protein content of bee collected pollen averages 25%, half are essential free amino acids (complete protein). Bee pollen contains 50% more protein than beef, yet its fat content is very low. It is also an excellent vegetarian source of protein, typically possessing more of the essential amino acids, poun for pound, than animal proteins like meat, eggs and dairy products. Proteins include Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine, Essential Amino Acids, Alanine, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glutamic Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Proline, Serine, Tyrosine.
Vitamins - Vital for Life: Pollen is reported to be the richest food source known in all vitamins. A diet deficient in only one nutrient can result in ill health and disease. Vitamins include: Provitamin A, Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Pyridoxine (B6), Cyanocobalamine (B12), Vitamins C, D, E, F, H, K, PP, Folic Acid, Choline, Inositol, Rutin. back to top
What is Royal Jelly?
Royal Jelly is the primary food the nurse honey bees secrete from glands on their heads and manufacture to develop larvae in the beehive.
Sometimes referred to as “Honeybee Milk”. Royal Jelly plays an essential role in the making of the Queen Bee. She is the only bee that is fed this creamy thick fluid her entire life.
Royal Jelly is exceptionally rich in natural hormones and offers an abundance of B vitamins. Because of this the Queen lives 40 times longer and is noticeably larger than the other bees in the hive. For humans, Royal Jelly may help prolong life and preserve youthful vitality in the body. Royal Jelly may also be helpful to manage stress, P.M.S., menopause, fatigue and impotence. While Royal Jelly is a balanced, nutritious food, only a small amount is needed per day (suggested use: 1 or 2 grams per day as needed)
